This is Dio, a brujah. He's working in *KaiSuki's Seraphin's top squad, unwillingly of course, as everyone.
He's a bit of a badmouthed rebel with an unability to stop talking when he has to. Thus he's had nearly every bone in his body broken or disjointed. xD
